The first five finger piano piece I arranged for a student a number of years ago was “Yellow” by Coldplay.
Coldplay songs are among the most requested in my studio. This was a student who had only been learning for a few months, so I had to write something appropriate for them.
I’ve now added that arrangement to the collection on this website, in case other teachers likewise have students who would like to play this song – or beginner adults may like it for themselves.
