With the recent request from a parent for their new beginner child to learn to play “Stand By Me“, I wrote a simple 5 finger piano arrangement.
Having published some 5 finger piano Christmas arrangements, I thought I’d start publishing my contemporary 5 finger piano arrangements as well, as I’m sure other teachers might find them useful for beginner students too!
Where possible, I endeavour to write these arrangement in a middle C position, without accidentals if possible (or as few as possible if they can’t be avoided). They generally have a simplified rhythm as well, avoiding quavers / eighth notes.
So I’ve now created a 5 Finger Piano series page to easily find which songs have five finger piano arrangements.
